{"id":11,"date":"2024-05-17T19:21:57","date_gmt":"2024-05-17T17:21:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aurail.canalblog.com\/2024\/05\/le-contrat-de-plan-etat-region-2023-2027-a-enfin-ete-signe-le-16-mai-2024-et-il-est-decevant.html"},"modified":"2024-09-23T21:47:22","modified_gmt":"2024-09-23T19:47:22","slug":"le-contrat-de-plan-etat-region-2023-2027-a-enfin-ete-signe-le-16-mai-2024-et-il-est-decevant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aurail.eu\/?p=11","title":{"rendered":"Le Contrat de Plan \u00c9tat R\u00e9gion 2023\u20132027 a enfin \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 16 mai 2024 et il est d\u00e9cevant"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-html \">\n<p>Suite \u00e0 l&#8217;annonce de la signature du volet transports du CPER 2023 &#8211; 2027 Auvergne Rh\u00f4ne\u00a0Alpes et alors que le d\u00e9tail des r\u00e9partitions dans ces enveloppes ne sera pas connu avant\u00a0plusieurs mois, voici notre position :<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022<span style=\"color: #000080;\"> Nous regrettons que le routier s&#8217;octroie encore le plus gros budget (494 M\u20ac) alors que\u00a0toutes les \u00e9tudes indiquent qu&#8217;il est indispensable de favoriser le ferroviaire 10 fois plus\u00a0respectueux de l&#8217;environnement,<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Nous remarquons que la r\u00e9gion s&#8217;octroie la comp\u00e9tence sur plusieurs routes nationales,\u00a0ce qui signifie que les sommes qui auraient du \u00eatre investies dans le ferroviaire seront\u00a0perdues pour lui et qu\u2019elles seront d\u00e9volues au d\u00e9veloppement infini de la mobilit\u00e9\u00a0individuelle qui est non seulement la plus polluante mais aussi la plus coute\u00fbse pour les\u00a0usagers,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u2022 Il est \u00e0 noter que 80% du r\u00e9seau auvergnat en Auvergne Rh\u00f4ne Alpes est constitu\u00e9 de\u00a0lignes en mauvais \u00e9tat et que les 170 M\u20ac pr\u00e9vus pour la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de l&#8217;infrastructure en\u00a0urgence suffiront \u00e0 peine \u00e0 la conservation de l\u2019existant en \u00e9liminant toute possibilit\u00e9 de\u00a0modernisation, et, \u00e9videment de r\u00e9ouvertures de lignes, r\u00e9ouvertures pourtant pl\u00e9bicit\u00e9es\u00a0par les usagers,<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Nous notons aussi le budget d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux RER m\u00e9tropolitains. Nous y sommes favorables\u00a0bien entendu \u00e0 condition que les territoires ruraux n&#8217;en fassent pas les frais.
